I visited this place in the off-season, when tourism isn't at its peak, so prices vary depending on the season. Prices are fair, and in comparison to hotels, they always charge 500–400 rupees less. If you want an AC or non-AC room with no strings attached, then this place is really good. Keep in mind they also charge for advance money,

We went to this property for the first time and were blown away by how lovely it is. The Mansa Devi Ropeway is just next to the property, which is in a fantastic location. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. You are on the right page if you ever travel to Haridwar. Definitely give this property top priority.

Very good dharmashala. My family loves it . we loved the food. Main USP of this dharmashala is Manasa Devi temple gate only 50 meter distance, Har ki Pauri 10 to 15 mins walk. Railway station around 2km. Main market is main advantage of this dharmashala. Only one demerit traffic police don't allow your car/Cab, you have to get down from 300 meter distance, but rickshaw and auto rickshaw allowed.
